This program provides a strong bases of locomotor skills, balance, flexability and strength with an emphasis on building self-confidence and a "I can do it" attitude.
We use specialized equipment designed for this age level as well as the basic gymnastics apparatus.
This class is designed for the older gymnast, 12 and up who started late but is still interested in training for team or for the retired gymnast who simply wants to stay in shape and keep the gymnastics skills they worked so hard for.
All of our boys classes are meant to train towards our boys team program. We also have levels 1,2,3 that moves to our Jr. team program. they learn the basics for strength, coordination, flexability and stamina. Also, the body conditioning we do helps with other sports such as baseball, soccer, basketball and all track and field.
These classes are progressive, which will move them through various levels.
Each level will build upon the previous levels. We test every 16 weeks for movement to the next step.
